Who can use the service

The service is for people who live in the UK and are eligible to apply for the visa they choose from the UK. You are responsible for checking that you apply at the right centre or post and in the right category.

Alerts

Alerts cost £10 a month (renews until cancelled) or £35 for 31 days (does not renew). We send a message when we see a date open. We cannot promise that a date is still available when you try to book it.

Auto-booking

Auto-booking costs £89 per person. You give us access to your own account on the official booking website so we can book or move an appointment within the dates you choose. You must keep the account details valid and respond if the official service sends a one-time code.

If no appointment is booked before the latest date you chose, the service fee is refunded in full. See the refund policy.

What we do not do

We do not guarantee an appointment by a given date, and we do not guarantee a visa. We do not complete visa applications or give immigration or legal advice. Official visa and centre fees are separate and are paid to the official service.

Official websites

Appointments are made on official booking websites run by third parties. Their rules apply to your account and appointment, including any limits on rescheduling. We are not responsible for changes, outages or decisions made by those services.

Liability

Our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version shown when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
