Who is responsible
VisaSlotDesk is the controller of your personal data. Contact us with the Contact us button on any page.
What we collect
Browsing this site: we do not use advertising cookies or analytics that track you across sites. Our hosting provider keeps short-term technical logs for security.
Alerts: your chosen route, your WhatsApp number or Telegram username, and your email.
Auto-booking: the above, plus each applicant's name and passport number, your date range, and the login for your account on the official booking website.
Why we use it
To provide the service you ordered (contract), to keep records we must keep by law, and to protect the service from abuse (legitimate interests). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Account logins and passport numbers
Logins for official booking websites are encrypted when stored, used only to book your appointment, and deleted when the order ends. Passport numbers are stored only on our servers, never in your browser, and deleted when the order ends unless the law requires us to keep them. We recommend changing your official account password after the order.
Who we share it with
Our hosting and infrastructure provider (Cloudflare), our payment provider when payments open, and the messaging service you choose (WhatsApp or Telegram). Some of these process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records: 6 years for tax and accounting. Contact details: until your subscription or order ends, then up to 12 months for support. Account logins and passport numbers: deleted when the order ends.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict its use, or ask for it in a portable format. Contact us to do this. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
