How we protect your data
Auto-booking needs access to your official booking account. This is how we handle it.

In transit
Every page and form on this site uses HTTPS. Order details are sent only to our own servers.
At rest
Account logins are encrypted before they are stored. Passport numbers and logins are never stored in your browser.
Access
Only the booking system and staff handling your order can use your login, and only to book or move your appointment.
Deletion
Logins and passport numbers are deleted when the order ends. We recommend changing your official account password afterwards.
One-time codes
If the official service sends a one-time code during booking, we message you for it. We never ask for codes for anything other than the booking you ordered.
Reporting a problem
If you think something is wrong, use the Contact us button and we will respond as a priority.
